"It looks nice and for most things it dries ok, but when we dry towels, we get water all over the floor. We have had two engineers out to it, and they tell us that this is something that happens with these tumble driers, and we will have to pull out the dryer to use it and leave the back door open. We chose a condenser drier because we did not want problems like this."

"My white goods are worked pretty hard with 8 dogs and all the household washing to do. My old tumble dryer conked out and I was able to receive a new one next day. This machine has perfectly fit our requirements and it’s definitely getting a thorough road test. Thank you Hoover! This is a great machine. "

"Very pleased with the dryer. It dries the clothes very efficiently and the condensed water is easing to dispose of. Also has the advantage if required to drain the condensed water directly to the drain although at present I am happy to use the container in the door. Many programs to choose from although I tend to use about three of them. I would not hesitate in ordering this again. "
