"Good looking machine (rarity in white goods), fast, quiet and really high build quality. The filters are very simple to clean and I get great satisfaction from emptying the clear waste water reservoir which is built into the door.

"Horrendous banging noise from this unit as soon as we started using it. Rang to be told that there needs to be a ‘bedding’ in period of at least five uses. Used it more than this and the noise is still present. Sounds like some serious damage is going on inside. AO customer services fantastic and I am now sending it back and ordering a different brand. But as for the actual machine, it is really good, does what it says on the tin but is a little bit cheaply made. Some of the pieces are very flimsy. "

"Our new drier is brilliant very quite easy to use, water really easy to empty just really good "
"Does take a bit longer to dry clothes than our old dryer, but certainly does it a lot cheaper, as shown on the smart meter.
One word of caution, as ours is in the garage, it doesn't like the cold and sometimes throws up an error code."
