"Good communication and delivery. Product is very smart looking, with a large door opening. Water collection is in a container on the inside of the door and is very very easy to lift out and empty. Takes a little getting use to with all the different settings, especially after a simple vented one we had. Drying times are longer because it’s a heat pump dryer, but uses less energy. When in use there is a thumping noise that I understand is normal, ours is not in the main house so that is not an issue. Overall dose what it says. "

"Have only used a couple of times so far but it performs as we expected so we are happy with it. The only reasons for knocking a star off are that it's slightly more noisy than we thought it would be and the app, while OK to use could be better. "

"It’s still early days but all seems well with this product. The cycle is slower than our previous dryer which was dated, and a condenser. But I feel much better about the environmental signature we now have - all little steps in the right direction. The dryer doesn’t seem to ‘sense’ the clothes as described but this may be down to me learning all the functionality. We haven’t used the WiFi software yet - but good to see it has it. Solid machine all round and well priced."
