"The door does not fold fiat so hard to load, terrible design and I have tried to contact customer service to fix/replace but no joy. "

"This dishwasher is not as good as the reviews that I had read before purchasing. My older dishwasher was much better, the door does not open all the way down so the basket keeps slipping back into the dishwasher which makes it awkward for loading and unloading, also the program that is quicker does not dry as stated but also two other programs that take longer also do not dry you have to use a tea towel. and I do not think it holds as much as my older dishwasher could not fit all the trays in or all of the plates."
