"Quick and easy. Next day delivery for the dishwasher was a plus"

"Bought this in Oct 21, no warning beeps but it stopped heating the water so heating element changed in January 22 then same again at end of March 22, I refused repair and dishwasher was replaced by Hisense within the week. So now a brand new dishwasher but same problem with heating element, replaced in June and now end of August it's gone again. Ao have given me a refund once I quoted their statutory right. Please don't buy this machine unless your happy for it to be installed and uninstalled over and over again"

"Iv had this about a month now. I find it quite noisy and also that the dishes don't clean as well and I often have to soap and rinse them again. Iv had 2 slimline dishwashers and neither have been great. I guess it helps out at times if nothing else. "
"This dishwasher is excellent for a couple of months. Unfortunately the heating element keeps breaking after this time. Whilst AO's customer service is brilliant Hisense's is not quite so good and there's always delays for repairs. When they do come and repair they replace the wrong part without checking the unit works and then they send an engineer to come back to replace the correct part without the actual part. If yours breaks too make sure you go directly to AO and ask for a replacement as Hisense are useless. Pay a little extra and go for the Belling ID45 instead, the only Which best buy under 400. Please though, avoid the Hisense, the heating element will break after a few weeks. Happened to me twice before I ordered the Belling instead."
