"Nice machine, simple to use with straight forward programmes. Short wash option of 1 hour is handy. I like the addition of the cutlery tray but this reduces the height of the lower trays and very large dinner plates struggle to fit upright in the lower tray. Not too much of a problem though and the 2 year manufacturers warranty is a bonus."

"The dishwasher works well and cleans the items well, however the handbook is not very clear in some of its instructions to the point that I thought it was for a different version of this product. There is no help number in the handbook. The service number on the registration document is for an engineer visit. ( Not required for these simple questions)"

"This dishwasher is poor in design and build.
It is held up by a flimsy plastic back leg, is difficult to level up when in place, and my door didn’t match up and had to have new holes drilled.
Wash quality is poor on the 1 hour programme leaving dishwasher grit dried onto the glasses and mugs.

My dinner plates don’t fit ( they are by no means large). I raised the top rack only to find that now glasses and mugs don’t fit.

"It’s a great product, washes perfectly but drying isn’t perfect. But what I can praise is the installation. Two gentlemen arrived on time, were very polite (even to my 4 year old asking constant questions) and installed the dishwasher in a fast and efficient manner. I highly recommend ao.com "
"It's a cheap appliance, so we weren't expecting miracles when replacing our 16 year old Neff.
The installation was relatively easy, although the real leg is really flimsy and it fell off a couple of times, so I ended up in a very awkward position trying to put it back in place. If you're buying integrated appliances, it's worth paying the extra for the installation.
Some of the design features are really not well thought through, we can't get any cutlery with handles thicker than 3 mm to fit on the cutlery tray. The retracting shelfs on the middle tray are also very poorly designed & you can't get dessert bowls to stand vertically. But the worst bit is that with the middle tray in the lower position, I've not been able to fit more than 1 dinner plate in the lower tray. Any additional ones will hit the spray arm causing it to stop. I could raise the middle tray, but then there's not enough height for mugs and glasses (and I'm not talking about tall glasses). Maybe it's early days and I need to try again, but here you go.
Because of the cutlery tray there's lots of space at the bottom for pots and pans, and it washes well."

"Had this over a week now, great wee machine. Can fit a lot in even though it's a slimline. Have no issues with the dishwasher and would recommend to others. If you are fitting it yourself, wear gloves, the metal sides on top of machine are sharper than you might think."
