If you ever need to use your warranty for repair, expect to have the worst experience of your life. I am currently 20 emails and 5 phone calls down over a 6-week period trying to get an engineer booked.
In hindsight, I should've just taken it to the dump when it broke and bought a new one from a better brand instead of dealing with this absolute farce."
"When it works, I love it! But the first one had a fail with a part that supplied water to top shelf, replacement now has an issue when it stops mid cycle and the seal bottom of the door keeps coming away. Shame as it's a nice looking machine and can fit a fair amount init considering it's slimline. Sometimes things can still be a little wet end of cycle. I love the cutlery tray rather than basket. "
