"The dishwasher broke down inside warranty. It looked like a control circuit board but after two visits from repair engineer, the fault was not found or rectified. Engineer suggested the dishwasher was written off and a replacement was to be sought. Company provided very quick response and hassle free replacement. Therefore, the 3 stars (5 star service, 1 star product)."

"Overall I am really happy with this dishwasher. We are a couple who cooks most meals from scratch and we need to use it once a day. Most things come clean during the hour cycle however I find caked on things don't always clean off even in the intensive cycle but maybe I need to use different washing liquid. I still have to hand wash a few things like a large wok and large cutting boards and plates but it's greatly helped with the dishes.
Features I like:
It wasn't mentioned in the product descriptions but you can fold half of the spikes on the bottom and the ones that hold the cup saucers on the top.
I like being able to adjust the height of the top shelf.
There is a button for using 3 in 1 tablets
You can adjust the amount of salt based on water softness
If you forget to put something in you can pause it and add it in.
Negatives:
For some reason even when taking the packaging off there's a smell whenever we run the dishwasher of plastic.
With the top shelf on the lower ring I can't fit some large dinner plates or cutting boards on the bottom. If I put the top shelf on the higher ring I can't put glasses in it unless we don't wash the cutlery.
Sometimes on the 1 hour cycle the dishes aren't completely dry.
Overall I'm really pleased with it. Because you can adjust it so much it is great for putting different types of dishes in it and I think it was worth the price."

"It cleans extremely well and the capacity is fantastic for its size. Unfortunately I have had 2 replacements due to failing PCBs and the silicon shortage has made the repair time about 8 weeks per fix. I would only recommend this product once the Batch issues have been fixed. Likely in a 2023 model."
