"Worst dishwasher ever, only had it 5 months, within the last 2 months have had to have the engineer out 5 times. Told them to take it back and give me my money back, which i must admit they have. i have just order a different make.
This dishwasher is not recommended"

"A great product , low noise and washes the dishes well"
"Initially fine, though would say that it doesn't dry particularly well (even with rinse aid etc). You can adjust the top rack so if you want to have taller dishes in the bottom rack it'll fit. Reasonably quiet.
However after three months of having it, it stopped working - no heat to heat the water, and then finally an error message which would stop the cycle. As instructed by AO, I called Hisense directly to get it fixed but it's now been nearly two months with no dishwasher at all. It took a couple of weeks for an engineer to come out to - quite literally - read the serial number off the side of the machine and go away again. Since then the parts have been 'on order' and there is no ETA on when they might arrive and the dishwasher be fixed.
Disappointing to say the least. "

"I am disappointed with this dishwasher. I bought it based on the good reviews and for the cutlery tray but I find that some things remain dirty if I don't put it on a very long wash. My okd dishwasher washed in 52 minutes, this seems to need to be on for 358 minutes which is very long even if it is the eco function.
The most annoying thing is that it doesn't dissolve the tablets. It did at first but within weeks it no longer is so I have put a cutlery basket in the. Ottom to also put the tablets in.

"Good design and capacious with the horizonal cutlery tray which was the main reason I bought it. It's a bit too clever, but I suspect all modern machines address now and it seems to object to lots of things I can't quite work out. The one we had before was basic, effective and didn't have many buttons. It washes ok although it does leave a few good particles eg rice grains behind. It was however excellent value."
