"The delivery lads carried this into my kitchen for me without any complaint and communication from ao was excellent. I have had this appliance for a week now. AO.com offered 10% discount to NHS staff, which was brilliant! When it came, it wouldn't fit in to the space below my gas hob without alteration to the kitchen unit, took me a day to do this but once fitted it looks great. This built under double oven comes from the cheaper end of the market and it shows here and there in the product. For example, the top oven door doesn't close smoothly (might just be mine) and there is no self-cleaning mode. Having said that, the fan oven is much quieter than my old oven and seems to warm up very quickly. It could do with larger thermostat lights or an audible warning when the oven has heated up to the required temperature, but these are minor quibbles. The ability to have "full grill" or "half grill" is a bonus. Overall, I am pleased with the product and only time will tell if it has longevity."

"We have been using the oven for around 2 weeks for all different types of cooking from a Sunday roast to baking cakes and its been excellent and very easy to use. I would recommend the oven ??"
