"Not a bad oven overall, but there are one or two things that you should be aware of before purchasing! Each oven only comes with 1 rack & 1 grill tray, you might be expecting 2 racks per oven. The grill trays come without racks or handles, so make sure you have good oven gloves! None of this is explained in the oven description! Also, you might find the little dimples on the control knobs are difficult to see, so I'm thinking of maybe adding a dab of paint to improve visibility. The oven also came with a noisy cooling fan, which I have seen mentioned on other reviews. This has now been fixed by the manufacturer. Be aware that any manufacturer engineers visit are on an all day basis. This can lead to a bit of confusion when the engineer advises he will be with you between 10am & 11am, but doesn't actually show up until 1pm! I had only booked half a day off! So, all in all, not a bad product, but I had 1 or 2 niggles!"
