"The oven is great. Comes with electrical cable fitted. However if not to be fitted in a housing with base it does not come with any brackets/runners. Which is disappointing. The measurements are a little off by about 5 mm on the height it should be 72 cm Not 71.5.
The product was a good price. Very pleased.
If a gas hob is above the oven clearance could be an issue. I had to get the gas pipe moved to accommodate the oven.

"The product was fine and good value for money. However the delivery was a day late causing me to wait in fruitlessly. The cooker did not come with a grill pan.
The potential additional costs such as fitting, timed delivery and removing old appliances and packaging, are excessive."

"One star because the oven works. No fixing kit supplied. I tried using my existing brackets from a previous howden oven lamona , but new one is a different size width so will need to bespoke make the brackets. Reported to AO, first email shifted any responsibility and stated that it was my electricians responsibility to provide the brackets. This is ridiculous. Second email stated that their installation team would bring the brackets if we wanted. Hello cost of living crisis, obviously trying to keep costs down. Plus I don’t need someone to install an oven, I just need the parts which with all other ovens are supplied. I’ve bought two other large products from AO, having spent £0000’s and the first time we need some decent customer care they let you down. AO Don’t stock units that don’t provide the customer with what they need. For the sake of two brackets (cost of pence to you) you could have had another happy and loyal customer but sorry no chance now. Am I the only person on here to be able to fit an oven. I guess everyone else pays to have it fitted? Good for AO. "

"Excellent service, prompt and efficient fitting, product in perfect condition so far. Works as expected and looks much better than our old oven. Bear in mind that you, like us, could be the first fitting of the day and be woken at 6.45am with a delivery van outside the door. Not a problem as we were going to work later anyway, but quite amusing nonetheless."
