"Only had a week or so, so going on first impressions rather than reliability; I was very pleasantly suprised by this machine. It looks nice and I have found it very easy to use, instructions were way better than I was expecting! It is true that this '10kg' machine has many washes with a weight limit of 2-4kg - but this 'best case' advertising seems par for the course among washing machines, and actually 4kg of lighter items or 2kg of wool is suprisingly bulky. I can get a big load in that big drum and it means I can fit light but huge items like duvets in easily. Since a cotton wash (10kg) is our most common wash I can get a lot done in one go when I need to. I found it really easy to adjust temp/number of rinses, the max spin is only available on a few washes(cotton again), but lower spin speeds haven't been a problem, everything comes out good enough to go ahead and dry (and you can do a seperate high speed spin if you must). This brand had high scores on the 'getting stuff clean' bit of washing, which is what swung it for me - I am not disappointed :) Some washes are very long - they were on my last machine too which was a Samsung and not cheap, saving water and energy may just mean longer washes maybe?? You can faff with the settings to reduce the time in many cases, or use the quick wash. I'm not actually bothered, I either have as long as it takes, or use the delay wash to end when convenient, or I need something urgently and use the quick wash. It's very quiet, and quite cheerful with it's little chirpings. I like it a lot and don't actually have any criticisms - it suits us very well. It is yet to be proved if it's reliable though - it didn't cost a lot (for a washing machine!), it's an unknown brand to me, but it offers a longer than average warranty for machines at this price-point and we don't do huge amounts of washing, so I am optimistically hopeful... All in all I am very happy with this machine."

"I'd never really heard of the brand name but after reading the reviews I went ahead and ordered, all I can say is I love it the machine is quite and there's so many options to choose from, and if I put the wash in it calculates the time for me, the machine is smart and I love the look style and just how much room there is for my washing. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this product. Also great customer service from start to finish."
