"Great value product. Set up was straight forward with only legs to screw on and insert batteries in the remote. Screen quality is fantastic and the sound good. The interface with the controls is simple and straight forward with a Netflix and Prime button built-in makes viewing easy. I compared this product with other brands pre-purchase and it looked high quality at a good price and now used have been impressed. The 58-inch large screen delivers a home cinema experience. "

"This TV is very poor quality. The screen had a much brighter glow all around the edges, which resulted in a an uniform colour display, which was very noticeable. I contacted Hisense customer service and sent in some pictures, they said the TV was within specification and that I would have to take the issue up with AO. AO's customer service were excellent, and they took a refund for the TV. This seems completely unfair, as this was definitely a fault at manufacture, and Hisense should have sorted. The TV has no re-sale value as the display is junk.
I will not touch Hisense again, but will definitely use AO in the future. I have since purchased a different brand, for £40 less, and the picture is now spot on. Lesson: Do not buy Hisense goods."
