"Seems to be very good so far, I've only had it for about a week... Only 4 stars as the hum can be a little loud at times (it changes every now and again) but I do only really notice it when it is very quiet. Lots of great features, which you can read in the advert. Size is brilliant for a family of 4. Plus it was not so deep it wouldn't fit through our narrow ish door (which the other options might have got stuck on). Time well tell if it is good quality and if functions such as frost free are very effective!"

"The fridge freezer itself is everything it says on the tin - lovely size and good features (door alarm, temperature presets, water dispenser etc). Everything we asked for.
There was an initial hiccup with delivery as the first was delivered with significant damage to the shelving and inside the door (likely to have occurred at the factory by the looks) . However, AO customer service was spot on. We emailed over images of the damage, which was confirmed with their customer service team and a new fridge freezer was sent out and received just 2 working days later - can't fault this. "
