"Delivery time was great. But oooh, what disappointment. My electrician wired it in and fitted it for me, only to find the hob did not work properly, therefore, faulty. I do not blame A O for this, as they did not manufactor it.
However while reporting the problem on the phone, I was told a technician would call me on the evening of Monday 25th January 2021, to let me know of a time slot he would be arriving to try and rectify the problem, today Tuesday 26th January 2021. Well, AO I did not receive the said phone call, and I'm obviously very disappointed about this, and as of yet still haven't had a phone, or visit from the technician, and it is now approximately 11-20 am. What's happening? "

"I bought this hob to replace a horrible electric one that I had. I absolutely love it - it's so much more responsive than the old one, heats in seconds rather than minutes, and cools down much more quickly too. The controls work rapidly, it's easy to clean (and was easy to fit) and it looks brilliant. The only problem I've had was that on researching what pans I'd need, I trusted the internet and thought my pans would be ok. When I tried to make tea on my shiny new hob, not one of my original pans worked and I had to replace the whole lot. Not the hob's fault, but be ready to get new pans!"
