"This is my first induction hob, looks very stylish and no knobs for easy reach by anyone. I am very impressed it heats and cools really quickly, very easy to clean. All in all a great purchase no hesitation in recommending this product."

"Don't touch this it's not fit for purpose the AO team were excellent but the Electra rep was blaming everything but the appliance the instruct book is photo copy reproduction it only works with some mystical pans don't waste your money"

"Arrived quick and in perfect visual condition but when fitted by a qualified electrician it was not working,reported to electra and 3 day appointment booked to sort and day 2 received a lieing text stating your parts been delayed we will comec7 daysctime I wasnt happy but waited then the engineer did a feeble assessment and said it's ok he left I started cooking and immediately it stopped AGAIN called said engineer who said not my problem call Ao I did they were amazing resolved issue and paid for 2and fitting lovely guy Dan great customer care at AO but electra pants!!!!"

"Not a bad hob for the money. However, some of my pans that work on my other induction hob will not work on this hob. Some work on two rings but not on the other two. One pot doesn’t work at all. All of these pots are suitable for induction and work on another induction hob without any issues. I had an engineer round but he blames my pots. I have to keep the hob as it hasn’t been found faulty and the cost for an electrician to take it out and fit another one on top of the initial fitting is not worth it. I just have to buy pots that will work on this one. The ones with a pattern on the base are the ones that don’t work. So be warned. Other than that it’s noisier than my other hob and on low setting it pulses than just simmering more gently. It’s okay but I wouldn’t buy it again."
