"The oven itself seems great but missing shelf and grill rack so unable to use it to full potential.
AO however have been great in dealing with my problem directly with Electra but unfortunately as to date the rack and shelf has not arrived.

"I love this oven. Only issue was with the legs there a bit flimsy for the oven so had to have the oven lower so did not wobble. Takes 15 pre heat as oven is huge. The only shelf was bent but recieved a new one within few days.
It looks nice the hob top is great it pulses on and of so nothing over boils. Over all happy with it"
