"Terrible product. Within a day of getting this cooker, the control knobs started coming off. The oven glass gets super hot too. It seems dangerously hot, to me.
Called up and they agreed, in principle, to change it. As of now, I have been waiting 6 days for an uplift number. Terrible product and terrible service."
