I didn’t expect to put a heat shield on to protect the plastic dials when using the grill and I expected a indicator when the oven temperature was reached, not an instruction to leave the oven on for 10 mins to make sure it’s at the correct setting,"

"Really good oven. I’ve only had it a few days and only used the oven but wow what a difference compared to electric cooking. So glad I have made the swap. I’m not sure I’ll go back to electric ovens again. Still to use the hob but I’m pretty sure it will be just as good. It’s sturdy and easy to use. When buying you need to get a hose to install it with and it’s recommended you get a gas accredited engineer to do it but that’s personal choice I guess. "
