"This is a good microwave when it works. However it has an intrinsic issue, which means the PCB / control board fails and the microwave stops dead as though it was unplugged. That happens for no reason, even mid-use and requires an engineer to fix at a cost of £149 via Zanussi. It happened 3 times within 2 years of owning it. Zanussi's warranty is only 1 year, and if they repair in warranty, they don't guarantee the repair at all. I was forced to pay £149 for a repair, but was surprised to read that repair is only guaranteed for 3 months, so clearly they have no faith in it themselves. So I will never buy a Zanussi product again. "
