"Having set the TV up and having a play around with it, I regret not doing proper research before buying this TV. Don't get me wrong, it's still a very decent TV but a few things have put me off. Firstly you can't pause, record, rewind etc live TV, it doesn't have that capability unless you buy USB storage. I found this extremely annoying considering its meant to be a "smart TV" and one of the latest models! Paid a lot of money and the TV can't even do the most simple function! So, for those of you that have brought this particular TV, I would recommend buying an external hard drive rather than flash drive. I have personally brought a Seagate 1TB HDD and it works fine so try that. Secondly, the LG content store for apps are to be poor! You don't even get the basic channel apps like itv hub, 4od or channel 5! I had to go out and get myself a Google Chromecast to use those apps. Just make sure you properly read what this TV can and cannot do and what it offers. "

"I am blown away with the quality of the screen and the sound although I haven't tuned it to full is far better than my old LG, I thing I would say is I did not pay for installation, I installed this myself and have never been so nervous doing so, The screen is Ultra thin approx 5mm and I was terrified I may flex it to much, My advise is pay for installation."

"Great quality, picture is amazing and a huge upgrade from a non OLED tv. The difference on HDR 4K content is easily worth the cost, unbelievable! If your considering an upgrade, this is a worthy option at a good price point! "
