"If you just want an oven this is great. If you wanted to take advantage of the smart features built into this oven, it's extremely disappointing.
You can control the oven from your phone when you're on the wifi, this works fine and you can set any mode going - the smart features work well
But here's the thing, you have to have the dial set to point at the "enable remote start" setting at all times - this design is ridiculous, what's the point of a smart system if you have to walk over to it to move it into smart mode!? What's more having the dial set to smart mode makes the oven look wrong - like you've left it on all the time.
What's even more annoying is there is a "permanent remote start" setting built into the over but for this to work the dial has to be put into the "enable smart mode" position.
This is very poor design on Neff's side. I like the oven but this leaves me with a feeling of disappointment about my purchase."

"Love this oven so easy to use and cleaning function is amazing. The home connect feature gives you a notification when the timer is up or when oven has reached temperature not tried the remote cook feature yet but would recommend this model. Delivery was prompt and with updates throughout the day."

"A fabulous product. This is a slightly better model than our previous oven.
It has many great features, including for the savvy technophobes WIFi connectivity. switch on remotely. The self clean function is an added benefit.
