"The control knob worked exactly three times: once when the installation team switched the oven on, once when I switched it off, and then the last time when I switched it on to bake something. I was unable to select a program, or shut the oven off by any other means than flipping the fuse. After that the oven couldn't be switched on anymore. The program selection knob is clearly broken. Not the quality I expected from a higher price Bosch appliance. The earliest Bosch could have an engineer over was two weeks down the road. Not the service I would have expected from Bosch. All the more as the oven failed the day it was installed. "

"Lovely design. The sliding shelf is a great feature. The fact that the power cable is connected to the appliance via a special plug allowed easy wiring connection to the mains, then simply plug into the appliance. Lots of programs. Not used them all yet. Not used the Wi-Fi facility yet. "
