"This Hotpoint built-in microwave with grill is a excellent quality item. Also it was so easy to fit due to it having its own support legs. It simply slid into place, plugged into the electric socket and it was up and running. The number of programs are a dream to use and the grill works perfectly. I'm in my 80's and I found it pretty easy to install and use. Great piece of kit thank you Hotpoint from a satisfied customer."

"Very easy to use with a good user guide: Read it once and tried a few things over a couple of days and haven't looked again, it's that intuitive.
The defrost program is excellent, gentle and thorough without over defrosting. The reheat function really helpful. We use the microwave a lot as we cook once and eat twice or more so the defrost and reheating are crucial for our busy lifestyle.
The grill did a great job crisping the skin on jacket potatoes.
Fitting was a breeze. "
