"Our hob stopped working over the lead up to Christmas so we had to replace it everywhere was closed so our first venture to purchase online begun, I was surprised how easy it was, What a great company ao is .They even phoned us after to make sure we were all ok and ready for Christmas !!! The hob is efficient and looks good ,we have had to reboot it once when a pot overspilt, but it has settled in well easy to use, it replaced our old hob same dimensions, we had had about 8 yrs the new one cost about half the price and is an equal.
