"Buttons stuck on the fan as poorly made so stainless steel cut so hole for buttons not big enough. Asked AO to send me another one but refused and said would send someone to repair who never showed up. Last time i buy a black friday deal from AO"

"Service from AO greatcas always. However the actuall fan itself is very loud, even on the lowest speed setting. Considering options to send it back. "
