"Needed to replace the existing integrated washer dryer after 12 years of hard work as it finally had to go to washer dryer heaven
Decided on the Indeset as this would fit snug Ito the existing space after a tiny bit of work to the drain plumbing at the rear
The machine is so quiet we had to check if we had actually turned it on
It has the preset washes and drying times but you can make some minor changes if you really need to
Push and go technology and the pause button allows you to put in the sock that always gets dropped on the kitchen floor
Only disappointing issue is the user / operating instructions which could be improved otherwise no issues with this replacement machine
Just going to check if we have turned it on

"AO delivered and installed on time that part of the service was good. But this Indesit Washer Dryer was faulty, the programs stop after a few minutes and clothes don’t dry properly, water is left in drum at the end of cycles. Washing quality of clothes is very poor. I did manage to get one towel dry after 7 hours but why is just ridiculous. The machine delivered was not fit for purpose and after countless chat lines, support calls and engineers visits it was decided to replace the machine. Overall one of the most unpleasant experiences and purchases I’ve ever made. I’m hoping the replacement machine when it arrives works as advertised otherwise that will be returned and a refund rather than an exchange will be requested. "
