"I was really nervous about this product. Read on for the reason. As it turned out, I was quite wrong. I am of course still learning about it, but luckily a) it's all there in the handbook, and b) I can read! Why was I worried? Because the hole required for its insertion in the worktop (according to the diagram which I found) was very, very tight in relation to what I had available. Luckily, the diagram was wrong by crucial millimetres -- in a good way! And there the thing now sits, happily brewing stuff. First stop: stewed apples. I shall enjoy every mouthful! Thank you, all concerned!"
