"I got this tv to replace a TCL 65C715k which I had for 4 months and damaged replacing it on the wall ??. This is a far superior tv, the build quality(it is far mor robust), its appearance, the picture and speaker quality are all far better. The art mode is an excellent feature turning a blank black screen into a piece of art or family photos. It came with a free frame which adds to the effect to make it look even less like a tv. I watch tv via my Sky Q box which is routed through my AVR to the one-connect box and my only complaint is that it does not always recognise it in the HDMI source and I have to change the source and change it back to rectify this. "

"This Samsung TV hasn't got a lot of functions other TV's have. It will only record the TV channel your watching. If you are watching either Netflix or Prime and want to record say BBC1... no chance.
I hope mine is faulty but I can't get anyone from Samsung to come and look at to mend. So I can't recommend this TV or any Samsung product just in case they are broken ... Samsung won't mend it, no customer service there nearly a month now I've been trying."
