"This screen is a lot thicker than our previous flat screen TV and so stands proud from the wall onto which we have mounted it. If you want a flush fitting screen then this is not for you.
The TV does not quite conform with the VESA standard for wall mounting as the bolts required are over 40mm. The bolts supplied with wall mounting kits are half this length. [We bought, and used, 45mm, M8, bolts in the end which, with a flat and split washer, gave a secure feel to the mounting.]
I have still to know if there is a plastic film, screen protector. In the quick fitting guide it appears to indicate that it should not be removed during the ensembling stage but then doesn’t show its removal. "
