"The TV is great, no complaints however it is the 2nd one. AO delivered the first one & the box was damaged, the delivery drivers insisted on leaving it saying it should be ok, it wasn’t but we couldn’t tell until we turned it on. AO delivered a new one 2 days later but finding their customer service number was a challenge. Bottom line, they shouldn’t have delivered it in the first place, not good. "
