"Brilliant telly. Had my reservations as I’d never heard of TCL, but so glad I bought it. Over £100 cheaper than the big names too. Very thin screen with presets for cinema, gaming and general use already at optimised pictures levels. The Dolby sounds mean I no longer need my soundbar too. "

"This is a fantastic TV, don't be put off by this not being a top brand. There is absolutely nothing bad to be said about the TV, great QLED display, lovely sound (no, you do NOT need a sound bar), android TV experience, etc....And it looks great on the wall, I dare say better than top brands. But be careful with the model number, TCL (irrespective of screen size) have basically 3 models, and the C71 range is the mid range. Do not go for the lower range, which I believe is P71"

"The screen resolution is really good and that is all.
The Google assistance doesn't work that will very slow and make you frustrated.
For some reason YouTube sometimes has no video only sound and need factory reset to get it working so did several factory reset so far.
TCL said update the software via memory stick and long completed process, however, did not work and had to do another factory reset to get back things to normal.
Not recommending at all."
