"The product is great and really good value for money, comes with an additional 1year warranty.
The instructions are ok but the one for the intragal unit has an important picture missing. Some of the fixing screws had a head that was too big for the hole and other screws were too short. In summary, the unit is good but the instructions and some of the fixings are poor. "
"Poor product don’t buy ! aO tried to install 3 machines over 3 months installed the first machine incorrectly, delivered two subsequent machines which were both faulty so couldn’t be installed, damaged our kitchen in the process.Their main engineer managed on the 4th attempt. Poor customer service. Very surprised they have asked me to review."
