"We can't use it, either as an installation error or a fault in the machine. It has taken three visits from AO to establish this. We are now waiting for an exchange. Sincerely hope that the new machine works because our patience is wearing very thin."

"Great washing machine found it easy to fit and attach our door, came with great instructions. Only down side is there is no quick wash on this machine. "
"Very pleased with this washing machine. Extremely easy to use and so quiet. I wish I had bought this year's ago! Also the spin cycle ensures the clothes are nearly dry when they come out of the machine. The eco cycle adjusts to the weight of the clothes and uses much less energy which is so good in the current world of high energy prices. There is nothing I don't like ??"

"My previous Bosch washing machine was so reliable I had no hesitation in looking at the same make again. I am really pleased with my new choice, the controls are excellent, and the timer programme very useful. It is also more quiet than my old one. All in all really pleased with my purchase"
