"It is very quiet and I really like the half load option but the instructions are wrong for the bottom drawer, to be able to use the cutlery basket you have to have both sides of the plate sorter down so dinner plates must use the other side and they don't fit correctly. I do not like the cutlery basket, I have alot of chunky cutlery and it doesnt fit the pre sorted holes, if I remove the top with the pre sorted holes the cutlery then doesn't stand right as the compartments are not deep enough in the middle, so having to use half and half. Washes very well but as I have mentioned the instructions are wrong and are difficult to follow.
