"The drawers on this unit are flimsy and plasticy, it doesn't feel substantial. Had I seen it in a showroom I would not have bought it. It washes effectively enough but the real problem is how difficult it is to load. The cup area is suitable for demi-tasse size cups only - if you use mugs forget the double deck option. In fact the cup rack is just a nuisance that takes up space, I've removed it. The slots in the top rack are simply random and unhelpful. Standard baking trays don't fit in the lower rack as the space between the top and bottom racks is very small. Large saucepan? No chance. This is a disappointment and I can't recommend it. "
