"Not as well performed as imagined, overall very complicated to use and had a few scratches on the cooker and baking tray missing. Informed customer service was offered some help but very pleased for as for £1100 and for Smeg brand would experience better. Very unhappy with overall performance and cooler. "

Regular email updates and texts and even a phone call from the driver. All fitted by 8.30am a few days after Christmas. We will definitely use AO again. "
