"I am generally pleased with my purchase, my previous Neff oven was a higher spec but I decided I didnt need all the bells and whistles. Oven heats up very quickly, grill is good as you can just use the central part or all of it. I think not giving you a grill pan handle is mean. Looks very smart, but I dont like the clonky pop out controls on the front. On the whole though, I am happy."

"Product works well and looks great. Service was excellent, called me a couple of days before and also on the day to give me as much notice as possible. They also didn't require any assistance placing the item inside. "

"This is a great upgrade on our rather old Neff model still getting used all the new things it can do !! Also the customers service staff were superb and very patient Also the delivery and exchange of old for new was brilliant arrived when expected and everything completed very quickly and efficiently All in all a great experience will use again D Taylor"
