"This is a good looking product,works ok. The buzzer for the timer is very quiet,impossible to hear if not close to the oven. The main oven only works on fan which is not indicated on the web site. We are a little disappointed by Neff customer service who don’t seem bothered with our comments. Probably would not buy another Neff appliance."
