"Firstly this review is no reflection on AO as there customer service is excellent. Unfortunately we had to send back the machine... initially it looked great, and was exactly what we wanted and were drawn to it for the additional Wifi function.
Even after 5/6 washes and running a cleaner through the machine it still smelt of chemicals/ burning which made all our dishes/ cutlery smell and was a bit concerning as never had this with a new machine before.
The wifi function also didn’t work, and when we finally got through to the candy technical team we were told that they have had issues with iPhone connectivity....
Opted to the Hotpoint model which has been perfect so far! "

"It was time to replace an old machine. Candy's CD1B1L380PB ticked all the boxes on our wish-list. Energy efficient, multiple wash cycles, wi-fi / smart connectivity and an integrated model.
Ordering through AO was a breeze with delivery made on time. Installation easy and quick. Setup of the app also not difficult (follow the details in the instruction manual and not the app).
Cons - the machine is a little louder than our old Indesit, and the instructions for fitting of the cabinet door furniture weren't exactly clear. If you're comfortable with DIY then it won't be a problem though.
Good machine, great capacity, efficient, great cleaning. Recommended."
