"I purchased this Jan 2021 from AO and it’s already broken fridge warm. Contacted AO said out of warranty and to try paying to get it fixed. Quoted £150. Would not recommend, I expect a fridge to last more than 15 months! Disappointed AO didn’t offer support given loyal customer."

"Perfect for what I needed, as I have a cake business, I needed the drawers and the shelves of the freezer to come out, after buying 3 other fridges which didn’t do this, I finally found this fridge, thanks to the help of Ian, one of the customer service guys. All the customer service I received was excellent. When I couldn’t find the product I needed Ian went above and beyond to help and he found the perfect one. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The delivery guys were also so friendly and helpful and again went above and beyond for me. 5 star service and couldn’t recommend AO enough. I have been telling everyone how amazing this service has been! Will definitely be using AO again in the future! "
