"I bought this to replace my old one that broke. I'm very happy with the product, and my children love the water dispenser (no plumbing required). The only thing I found awkward was trying to get the door shelves out for the first time. It's fiddly, so don't be too forceful, or you could break it! They moved much easier after the initial time. I can't testify to longevity as I've only had it a week, but I'm hoping it lasts longer than my last one (7 years)!"
