"Main reason we bought this product was due to having a drink dispenser but still lots of space in fridge. Drink dispenser leaks so is useless and having a nightmare trying to get it fixed - a part was sent by hisense which was the wrong part and they are refusing to send another part until I can send them a video of the dispenser being put into Fridge so they can hear the click when it girs in . It leaks when tye unit is out of the fridge so no idea why that is relevant to getting this issue fixed. I wish I'd just requested a full refund and got a different Fridge freezer. AVOID!!!"
"Good size fridge. Not too much space is lost by having the water compartment and the water tastes fine. I did have concerns about the water as I previously had a plumbed in fridge freezer but I’ve had no issues with it.
Freezer drawers hold plenty and I have actually found the layout better than the American style i had before as this lost storage space due to the ice machine in it.
If I had to give any criticism it would be that I would like 2 separate drawers in the fridge to separate fruit and veg but that’s just me being fussy. All in all a great fridge freezer at a great price."

"Very pleased with the fridge freezer, I wanted more fridge than freezer so this is perfect. The drinks cooler is a handy feature. Having only had it for a few weeks I’ve yet to discover any reliability problems but am hopeful."

"Sadly have had so many problems with this fridge freezer. The freezer will remain working but the fridge will get warm. Rung and told to defrost as the vents may have gotten stuck. This works but the same happens again a few months later whenever the weather is warm. I wouldn’t recommend "
