"This product is rubbish. A few days after receiving it I went on holiday for one week. Upon return I found that it had ceased to work and lost everything in the freezer because it had defrosted. I’ve had to wait over a week for an engineer to come to my house to look at it. He is due tomorrow. To go without a fridge/freezer for this length of time is unacceptable.

"It’s a good fridge freezer I can’t complain especially for the price. The only thing I’d say is that the top shelf in freezer can be a little bit annoying if you need to put lots of stuff in there. I can’t complain tho it works for us & is very good especially the non plumbed dispenser! "
