"A good washing machine, a far superior clean to our previous machine. Great setting options. Only downside is our machine has a high pitched spin which has been slightly disappointing.
Still would recommend. "

"This Hoover machine is a lovely looking washer in black and chrome. Coupled with a 9kg washing load, it's a very useful washer for family washing.
Lots of varying programmes - almost too many - but so far has done the job and been relatively quiet.
Easy to use, but instruction booklet could be a little more explanatory if I had to chose something to improve.
Oh, because of the current pandemic, I had to install it myself. Pretty easy to do in my opinion.
After a week of use, we're all happy here!"

"As previously highlighted this really is not a true Integrated appliance and doesn't fit flush. The washing machine has curved sides, rather than flat front. Which means it has special spacers for the door. They are handed but the instructions don't explain this.
Once fitted the gaps were out and the machine on spin started dancing across the room and vibrating. It took nearly 6 hours of fitting and adjusting to get it anything close to fit correctly. This involved reducing the legs to zero and wedging the machine in place with wood off cuts. The machine itself if fine and has a good load capacity. The service from AO was great, even during lockdown it arrived on time and they took the appliance away.
Overall i would avoid this machine and choose one of the others with a traditional flat face"

"The machine as a whole is good it's a hoover so I would expect no less. The delivery was prompt turned up when you said it would and you took away my old machine for free which has saved me no end of hassle so it does pay to be a return customer thank you AO. Your driver and mate were polite and as helpful as the could be considering the social distancing and the gent on the phone who rang to confirm was a pleasure to speak to.
All in all I would recommend ao to get you out of a bind time and time again
