"Excellent experience from start to finish. Price matched the product with another website. Was given a Sunday for delivery and messaged me in the morning to say would be delivered between 4.30 and 5.30. The driver then phoned me to say he would be with me in 10 minutes. Five star service AO. Very well done! ??"

"Lots of different options for cooking, giving good results. The grill is amazing. A little disappointed there was only one shelf other than grill tray but you can’t have everything.
As an nhs worker I was supposed to get the delivery fee back but this hasn’t happened and there is no way of contacting so other than telephone, and being hard of hearing I find this too stressful."

"Only had this just under a week and so far it’s good.. it’s not the all singing and dancing ovens that can be bought these days.. but if you are like me and just need to cook with out the millions of different settings then this oven is good. AND best of all it’s plug in and go.. no need for an electrician or a new electrical line to my main unit .. and there are not many cookers that just come with a plug without the need for hardwiring .. which is why I picked this oven.. have to be careful when opening as a puff of heat comes out and steams up my glasses and I would have liked another shelve inside, but hey for the price you can’t go wrong .. hoping it lasts as long as my other oven of 17 years "

"I have been a user of Bosch products for many years and after reviewing the replacement oven I needed had no problem whatsoever. The oven I chose gives me such a range of cooking programmes and its design and finish blends in well with my kitchen units. I am certain that I will get the the long life service from my new oven and look forward to trying out all of the cooking settings it offers me as well as the in depth advice on general care and safety. "
