"I was limited in choice by the height of the gap that this had to fit into. Marked down from 5 stars because it is a little odd that you can't see through the door while the microwave is operating, and also that the "eco" button is sometimes very hard to "press" to turn all the lights off on the front of the unit. Other than that seems perfectly OK. "
"First one I received had a faulty door on first use which wouldn’t always open on pressing the release button.
To say it was difficult to get it replaced is an understatement. AO wanted to get an engineer to come and repair it- a brand new machine I don’t think so!
The replacement has lasted just over 15 months and has developed the same problem where the door won’t always release.
I can only assume that this is a weak point on this machine having had two with exactly the same issue.
Otherwise this is a great machine which looks stylish and is practical- apart form not being able to see through the mirrored door. "
