"AO customer service was second to none.
As advised, I contacted Tower customer service, which offered an appalling level of customer service. Tower rejected a warranty claim on the microwave due to “wear and tear” on a microwave owned by an 80-year-old that she uses once or twice a day after 7 months of use. Obviously, a poor-quality appliance and poor-quality customer service. Save yourself some hassle and avoid Tower products."

"The Tower microwave is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but I'm delighted with it all the same. It is a smart looking microwave in white, with chrome dials and handle, with a stainless steel interior and due to not having a lot of space in my kitchen the size works well. "
