"I have had this product for a week now and have not found any problems with it as it is easy to use. Unlike previous microwaves, which have had many different functions that I didn't use (or know how to) this microwave shows all the different settings clearly and I feel confident with them. The vent at the top of the microwave has prevented it from building up with excess moisture which is an added bonus. "
